Privacy Policy
Last updated October 12, 2026. This policy explains what barbelltally.com collects when you use the calculators or send feedback.
Your numbers stay on your device
The 1RM calculator and the plate loader run entirely in your browser. The weights, reps and plate sets you type are not sent to our server and are not stored by us.
Server logs
Our web server records the technical details of each request: IP address, date and time, requested address, browser string and response code. We use them to keep the site running and to block abuse. Logs are rotated and deleted after a short time.
Feedback buttons
If you press “helpful” or “needs work” and send the short form, we save the time, your choice, the page, the topic you picked and any note you write (up to 1,000 characters). We do not save your IP address with it; to stop repeated submissions we keep a one-way hash for 20 seconds. Please keep personal details out of the note. Only the latest 300 entries are kept. To have an entry removed, email us the page and roughly when you sent it.
If you write to us, we use your address only to reply and delete the thread once the matter is closed.
Cookies, analytics and ads
Barbell Tally sets no cookies, runs no analytics and shows no ads today. If that changes we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Content delivery
Pages are delivered through a content-delivery and security provider, which processes visitor IP addresses to route traffic and block attacks.
Children
The site is a general fitness tool and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the California CCPA) you may ask us what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop processing it. Email [email protected] and we will act within the time the law allows.
