Terms of Use

Last updated October 12, 2026. By using barbelltally.com you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What the site is for

Barbell Tally offers free calculators for planning strength training. You may use them for personal and coaching purposes. Please do not scrape the site, resell the pages or copy the calculator code.

Estimates, not guarantees

A one-rep-max formula predicts; it does not measure. Real results depend on technique, fatigue, equipment and the day. Use the numbers as a starting point and add a safety margin.

No medical or coaching advice

Nothing here is medical, physiotherapy, nutrition or personal-training advice. Talk to a qualified professional before heavy lifting, especially if you are injured, pregnant, recovering or new to training. If something hurts, stop.

Liability

The site is provided free and “as is”. We are responsible for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and where the law does not allow us to exclude liability. In every other case, you use the calculators at your own risk.

Trademarks and links

Names of brands, federations and products belong to their owners; Barbell Tally is not affiliated with any of them. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.

Feedback you send us

If you send a note through the feedback form, we may use it to improve the site. We will not publish it with your name.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions go to the address on the contact page; see the privacy policy for data handling.
